This Privacy Policy explains how Vantage Golf Studio LLC (“Vantage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with vantagegolfstudio.com, our booking and membership services, electronic Facility access, communications, promotions, and visits to our Facility.
Our website and service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand site usage, measure marketing performance, and help prevent fraud. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect site functionality.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to service providers and contractors that help us operate the business, such as booking and membership platforms, payment processors, website hosting providers, email and communications providers, analytics providers, access-control and security vendors, IT providers, insurers, accountants, and legal counsel. These providers may process information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; respond to law enforcement; protect the rights, safety, or property of Vantage, Users, or others; investigate fraud or security incidents; enforce agreements; or in connection with a merger, sale, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business.
Vantage uses video surveillance and electronic access logs for safety, security, incident investigation, loss prevention, rule enforcement, and operational purposes. Footage and access records may be retained for a period appropriate to those purposes and may be preserved longer when relevant to an incident, insurance matter, dispute, legal obligation, or investigation. Cameras are not intentionally placed in restrooms or other areas where recording would be inappropriate.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message. Even if you opt out of marketing, Vantage may continue to send transactional or administrative messages about reservations, memberships, safety, security, policy changes, or your account.
If Vantage offers SMS/text messaging, message and data rates may apply. Instructions for opting out, such as replying STOP, will be provided as required. Mobile information collected for SMS messaging will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Promotions may be administered by Vantage or a third-party platform. Information collected for a contest or sweepstakes is used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, prevent fraud, satisfy tax or legal requirements, and as otherwise described in the applicable official rules and this Policy.
The Vantage website and independent account-registration services are not directed to children under 13, and Vantage does not knowingly seek personal information directly from children under 13 through the website. Information about a minor may be collected from a parent, legal guardian, or approved program representative when needed to administer an authorized visit, lesson, team activity, or other program. Minor participation is governed by the Minor Participation Policy.
Vantage uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain. No system, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a security incident triggers a legal notification obligation, Vantage will provide notice as required by applicable law.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and tax records, enforcing agreements, resolving disputes, investigating incidents, protecting safety and security, and complying with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by type of information.
You may contact Vantage to request correction of account information or to ask about deletion of personal information. Some information may be retained where permitted or required for legal, security, transaction, fraud-prevention, insurance, dispute, or recordkeeping purposes. Requests are subject to verification and applicable law.
Our website and operations may use or link to third-party services. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. Vantage is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted with its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or another reasonable method when appropriate.
