FACILITY RULES

Safety and conduct rules for everyone at Vantage Golf Studio

These Facility Rules apply to every member, hourly customer, guest, participant, and spectator. They supplement the Terms of Service & Facility Use Agreement.

1. Authorized Access Only

Enter only during a valid reservation or other authorized access period. Never share access credentials, prop open exterior doors, or admit unauthorized persons.

2. Registered Guests

Only registered guests may enter with a reservation holder. The reservation holder must remain onsite with guests. Every adult guest must accept the Terms of Service before entry or participation.

3. Minors

Minors may enter only in compliance with the Minor Participation Policy. Minors may not independently book, enter alone, or use another person’s access credentials.

4. Bay Occupancy

Do not exceed the occupancy limit shown for the bay or reservation.

5. One Golfer in the Hitting Area

Only the golfer taking a shot may be on or immediately adjacent to the hitting mat. Everyone else must remain safely behind the golfer.

6. Check Before Every Swing

Confirm that no person, club, bag, chair, or other object is within the swing path or ball path before swinging.

7. Hit Only Toward the Screen

Golf balls may be struck only from the designated hitting area and only toward the impact screen. No intentional shots toward walls, ceilings, side structures, doors, furnishings, or equipment.

8. No Horseplay

No running starts, throwing clubs, reckless swinging, roughhousing, fighting, or other behavior that creates an unreasonable risk.

9. Use Equipment Properly

Follow posted simulator and equipment instructions. Do not move, disconnect, alter, climb on, strike, or tamper with simulator technology, cameras, projectors, computers, access-control devices, screens, or other Facility systems.

10. No Alcohol, Smoking, Vaping, or Illegal Drugs

Alcohol is not permitted. Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, and misuse of legal substances are prohibited. Do not use the Facility while impaired.

11. Respect the Facility and Others

No harassment, threatening behavior, theft, intentional damage, disruptive conduct, or unlawful activity. Keep music and noise at a reasonable level.

12. Footwear

Wear clean, appropriate footwear. No metal spikes or footwear likely to damage mats or flooring. Bare feet are not permitted in hitting areas.

13. Food and Drinks

Keep food and drinks away from simulator computers, launch monitors, projectors, and other electronics. Clean spills immediately and report any spill that may affect equipment or flooring.

14. End on Time

Stop play and clear the bay by the end of the reservation unless an extension has been booked. Do not remain in another bay or common area to extend Facility use without authorization.

15. Clean Up

Return movable items to their proper place, remove trash and personal items, and leave the bay reasonably clean.

16. Report Problems

Immediately report injuries, damage, unsafe conditions, access problems, or equipment malfunctions using the posted contact information. Call 911 for emergencies.

17. Video Surveillance

The Facility is monitored by video surveillance and electronic access logs as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

18. Enforcement

Vantage may end a reservation, remove a person, restrict booking, suspend access, or terminate a membership for rule violations as provided in the applicable agreements.
