For recurring Vantage Golf Studio memberships
Vantage Golf Studio LLC • Zeeland, Michigan
Effective Date: October 2, 2026
This Membership Agreement applies only to recurring members of Vantage Golf Studio LLC (“Vantage”). The Terms of Service & Facility Use Agreement, Facility Rules, Privacy Policy, and Minor Participation Policy, as applicable, are incorporated by reference. If there is a conflict concerning membership billing, renewal, cancellation, plan benefits, or member booking privileges, this Membership Agreement controls; for general Facility use and safety matters, the Terms of Service and Facility Rules control.
A recurring membership may be purchased only by an individual who is at least 18 years old and who maintains an account in good standing. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. The member is responsible for the accuracy of account and contact information and for maintaining a valid payment method.
The member receives the benefits of the membership plan selected at checkout. The plan name, current price, included peak-time hours or other included booking time, off-peak privileges, active-reservation limit, guest privileges, and any other plan-specific benefits displayed and accepted at checkout are part of this Agreement.
Unless a written Founding Member offer or other written promotion expressly states otherwise, Vantage may modify plan benefits prospectively upon reasonable notice. Plan benefits have no cash value and unused included time does not roll over unless the selected plan expressly states otherwise.
If the member purchases a membership expressly designated by Vantage as a Founding Membership with lifetime founding pricing, the founding base membership price will remain available to that member while the qualifying membership remains continuously active and in good standing, subject to applicable taxes and separately disclosed optional charges. Cancellation or termination ends the lifetime founding-price protection unless Vantage agrees otherwise in writing.
Billing begins on the date disclosed at checkout or in the membership confirmation (“Billing Date”). Membership fees are billed automatically on the recurring schedule shown at checkout. The member authorizes Vantage and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for recurring membership fees, applicable taxes, reservations or add-ons expressly purchased by the member, and other charges expressly authorized under this Agreement.
Vantage does not require the member to provide payment-card data directly to Vantage if payment information is collected and tokenized by a third-party payment processor. Payment-card handling is also subject to the processor’s terms and privacy practices.
If a recurring payment is declined, Vantage may suspend membership benefits and Facility access until the account is brought current. Vantage or its processor may retry the payment and request an updated payment method. The member remains responsible for valid, undisputed amounts incurred before suspension or cancellation. Vantage will not assess a returned-payment or collection fee unless the amount and basis for the fee have been disclosed and are permitted by law.
Unless a different commitment is expressly selected at checkout, memberships are month-to-month and automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled.
A member may cancel through the method provided in the member portal or by written notice to info@vantagegolfstudio.com. Cancellation must be received at least 30 days before the member’s next Billing Date to avoid the next recurring charge. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the last paid membership period. Membership fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or where Vantage expressly agrees otherwise.
If Vantage later offers a fixed-term or discounted commitment membership, the duration, renewal terms, and any lawful early-termination charge must be disclosed and accepted at checkout before that commitment applies.
A member in good standing may request one membership pause of up to two consecutive months in any rolling 12-month period. A pause is not effective until approved by Vantage and applies prospectively. Charges incurred before the effective pause date remain due. During a pause, membership booking privileges and access are suspended. The membership resumes automatically on the date stated in the approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Members may book only within the booking windows, time categories, included hours, and active-reservation limits associated with their selected plan. A member may not use multiple accounts, placeholder reservations, or other methods to circumvent plan limits. Peak and off-peak periods are those published by Vantage in the booking system and may be adjusted prospectively upon reasonable notice.
Reservations, cancellations, no-shows, overstays, and Facility interruptions are governed by the Terms of Service. A reservation that uses included membership time may be deducted from the member’s allowance when the cancellation occurs inside the stated late-cancellation window or the member does not appear.
Member access is limited to valid reservation periods and any access window provided by Vantage. Credentials are personal and non-transferable and may expire automatically after the authorized window. Members may not share credentials, admit unauthorized persons, prop open doors, or use their account to provide independent Facility access to another person.
Guest limits and any guest charges are determined by the selected membership plan or reservation and are displayed in the booking system. The member must be present while their guests are onsite. Each adult guest must be registered as required by the booking process and must personally accept Vantage’s Terms of Service before entry or participation. Minor guests are subject to the Minor Participation Policy.
Members are responsible for ensuring invited guests follow Facility Rules. Financial responsibility for damage is governed by the Terms of Service; a member’s responsibility for a guest does not substitute for the guest’s own acceptance of Vantage’s Terms.
Members must promptly report injuries, unsafe conditions, equipment failures, and property damage. Members must maintain current contact information and, when requested for safety purposes, an emergency contact. Charges for documented damage are governed by the Terms of Service and will not be imposed for ordinary wear and tear.
Membership does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular simulator, time slot, or service. Maintenance, equipment failure, utilities, internet service, software, weather, emergencies, and other circumstances may affect availability. Vantage will use reasonable efforts to restore service; remedies for specific affected reservations are governed by the Terms of Service.
Vantage may suspend or terminate a membership for material violation of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, Facility Rules, nonpayment, credential sharing, unauthorized access, repeated booking abuse or no-shows, unsafe or unlawful conduct, harassment, or intentional or reckless damage. Access may be suspended immediately when reasonably necessary for safety, security, or loss prevention.
When termination is based on a curable payment or administrative issue and immediate action is not reasonably necessary, Vantage may provide an opportunity to cure. A member terminated for material misconduct is not entitled to a refund for the then-current paid period except where required by law. If Vantage ends a membership for business reasons unrelated to the member’s breach, Vantage will refund any prepaid unused membership fees on a prorated basis.
Except for a qualifying lifetime Founding Member base price, Vantage may change recurring membership pricing prospectively by providing at least 30 days’ notice by email or another electronic method associated with the member’s account. The member may cancel before the new price takes effect.
The member may not assign or transfer a membership. Vantage may assign this Agreement in connection with a sale, reorganization, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. Michigan law governs this Agreement.
The member agrees that electronic acceptance constitutes agreement to these terms. Notices from Vantage may be sent to the email address or other electronic contact method associated with the account. Notices to Vantage may be sent to info@vantagegolfstudio.com.
