Applies to members, hourly users, guests, invitees, and other participants
Vantage Golf Studio LLC • Zeeland, Michigan
Effective Date: October 2, 2026
These Terms of Service and Facility Use Agreement (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Vantage Golf Studio LLC (“Vantage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our premises at 9479 Riley Street, Suite 215, Zeeland, Michigan 49464 (the “Facility”), our website, booking platform, electronic access systems, simulator bays, equipment, and related services. “User” means every person who enters the Facility or participates in activities there, including members, hourly customers, guests, invitees, promotional users, and spectators.
By creating an account, booking or paying for a reservation, electronically accepting these Terms, or entering or using the Facility after acceptance, you agree to these Terms. Each adult User must personally accept these Terms before entry or participation. A member or reservation holder may not accept these Terms on behalf of another adult.
Users who create accounts or make reservations must provide accurate information and keep account information current. Account credentials, mobile access credentials, access links, codes, and other entry credentials are personal and may not be shared.
A person must be at least 18 years old to purchase a recurring membership or independently create a reservation unless Vantage expressly permits otherwise in writing. Minor access is governed by the Minor Participation Policy.
Reservations are valid only for the person or account that made the booking and the registered participants for that reservation. The reservation holder must provide the name and requested contact information for each guest before the reservation when required by the booking system. Every adult guest must separately accept these Terms before entry or participation.
Reservations begin and end at the times shown in the booking confirmation. Users may enter only during the access window provided for their reservation and must promptly leave the simulator bay when the reservation ends. Remaining in a bay beyond the reserved period without an extension is an overstay.
Vantage is designed to operate as a largely self-service, 24/7 facility and may have no employee physically present during a reservation. Assistance and emergency medical services may not be immediately available onsite. Users are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment and calling 911 in an emergency.
Electronic access may be provided by mobile credential, access link, code, keycard, or similar technology. Access is limited to the authorized reservation window and may expire automatically. Users may not prop open exterior doors, defeat access-control systems, admit unauthorized persons, or permit another person to use their credentials. Lost, stolen, or compromised credentials must be reported promptly.
Users must immediately report injuries, property damage, unsafe conditions, access failures, equipment malfunctions, or other incidents to Vantage using the contact method posted at the Facility or provided in the booking confirmation.
Guests are permitted only as allowed by the applicable reservation or membership plan and any posted occupancy limit. The reservation holder must be present for the entire time their guests are at the Facility. Guests may not be left unattended or given independent access credentials.
Each adult guest must personally accept these Terms before entering or participating. A reservation holder is responsible for ensuring that invited guests follow Facility Rules and may be financially responsible for damage caused by the reservation holder or their guests as described below. This responsibility does not replace the guest’s own obligations under these Terms.
Users may not exceed the occupancy limit displayed for a simulator bay or specified in the reservation. Only the person actively hitting may be in the designated hitting area. Everyone else must remain a safe distance behind and clear of the golfer, club path, ball path, screen, walls, and simulator equipment.
Before every swing, the golfer must confirm that the swing area is clear. Clubs may be swung only from the designated hitting area. Running starts, horseplay, intentional shots toward areas other than the impact screen, and use of equipment in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose are prohibited.
Simulator equipment, launch monitors, projectors, computers, cameras, screens, mats, televisions, access-control systems, furnishings, and other Facility property are commercial assets. Users must follow posted instructions and promptly report damage.
To the extent permitted by law, a User is responsible for the reasonable cost to repair or replace Facility property damaged by that User’s intentional misconduct, reckless conduct, unauthorized use, or negligent misuse, and for damage caused by the User’s guests to the extent legally attributable to the User. Vantage may document damage using surveillance footage, access logs, booking records, photographs, vendor estimates, or other reasonable evidence. If the User has authorized a payment method for such charges, Vantage may charge documented amounts after providing notice describing the damage and amount; otherwise Vantage may seek payment through lawful means. Ordinary wear and tear is excluded.
Users are responsible for personal property brought to the Facility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantage is not responsible for loss, theft, misplacement, or damage to personal property except to the extent caused by conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Unclaimed property may be disposed of or donated after a reasonable holding period.
The Facility uses video surveillance and electronic access logging for security, safety, incident investigation, loss prevention, rule enforcement, and operational purposes. By entering the Facility, Users acknowledge that they may be recorded in areas where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy. Cameras will not be intentionally placed in restrooms or other areas where recording would be inappropriate.
Recordings and access records may be reviewed and retained and may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to insurers, legal counsel, law enforcement, service providers, or other authorized parties, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy. Surveillance footage is not intended to create a duty to continuously monitor Users or provide real-time supervision.
Vantage does not guarantee uninterrupted access or operation. Power, internet, software, booking systems, access-control systems, simulator equipment, utilities, weather, emergencies, maintenance, government action, cyber incidents, or other circumstances may interrupt service. Vantage may temporarily close all or part of the Facility when reasonably necessary for safety, maintenance, repair, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Remedies for an affected paid reservation are described in Section 3.
Golf and indoor simulator use involve inherent and other risks that can cause property damage, bodily injury, serious injury, or death. These risks include being struck by golf clubs or golf balls; errant, deflected, or rebounding balls; balls rebounding from an impact screen, frame, wall, ceiling, floor, equipment, or other surface; contact with screens, walls, bay structures, furnishings, or simulator equipment; close-quarter swinging; slips, trips, falls, uneven or changing surfaces; physical exertion; strains and overuse injuries; equipment malfunction; acts or omissions of other Users; and risks associated with an unattended, electronically accessed facility.
Each adult User knowingly and voluntarily assumes the inherent and reasonably foreseeable risks of entering the Facility, observing others, participating in golf-related activities, and using the equipment, including risks that may occur before, during, or immediately after the User’s reservation while on the premises.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY MICHIGAN LAW, EACH ADULT USER, FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR HEIRS, ESTATE, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND ASSIGNS, RELEASES AND AGREES NOT TO SUE VANTAGE GOLF STUDIO LLC, ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LANDLORD, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE INSURERS (“RELEASED PARTIES”) FOR CLAIMS FOR BODILY INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE ADULT USER’S ENTRY INTO OR USE OF THE FACILITY OR PARTICIPATION IN ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF A RELEASED PARTY, TO THE EXTENT SUCH CLAIMS MAY LAWFULLY BE RELEASED.
This release is intended to be separate from the User’s assumption of inherent risks. It does not release claims that cannot legally be waived, and it is not intended to release gross negligence, reckless misconduct, or intentional misconduct to the extent Michigan law prohibits such a release.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, a User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from the User’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, intentional or reckless acts, violation of these Terms or Facility Rules, unauthorized admission of another person, or damage caused by the User, except to the extent a claim is caused by conduct of a Released Party for which indemnification is prohibited by law.
Minors are subject to the Minor Participation Policy. A parent or legal guardian must complete the required minor registration, consent, risk acknowledgment, and emergency-contact process before the minor enters or participates. An accompanying coach, member, relative, or other adult does not automatically have authority to provide parental consent. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a minor’s own legal claim where Michigan law does not permit a parent or guardian to waive that claim.
Users authorize charges for reservations, memberships, taxes, and other amounts expressly authorized under the applicable purchase or membership terms. Billing concerns should first be reported to Vantage so they can be investigated. This provision does not restrict any lawful right to dispute a charge with a payment-card issuer.
The Vantage website, logos, graphics, text, photographs, videos, software interfaces, and other content owned by Vantage are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users may access the website for personal, non-commercial purposes but may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, exploit, or use Vantage content or systems unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of Vantage or others.
The website and online services may contain links to or rely on third-party platforms. Vantage is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices. Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms.
Vantage may deny entry, end a reservation, suspend booking privileges, or revoke access when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, safety concerns, suspected credential sharing, unauthorized access, property damage, harassment, illegal conduct, repeated no-shows or overstays, violation of these Terms or Facility Rules, or other material misuse of the Facility. Membership termination is additionally governed by the Membership Agreement.
Vantage may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the website and, when reasonably appropriate, communicated electronically to account holders. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. If a material change requires renewed consent, Vantage may require electronic acceptance before future booking or entry.
These Terms are governed by Michigan law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or Facility use shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Michigan, subject to any mandatory law that requires otherwise. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Electronic acceptance has the same intended effect as a written acceptance. Users should retain a copy of the Terms in effect when they accept them. Questions or notices may be sent to info@vantagegolfstudio.com.
